Nestled in the serene Suncadia Resort, this contemporary home, designed by the renowned Olson Kundig, harmoniously blends modern architecture with the natural wooded landscape. The home’s extensive use of glass, including entire walls, offers breathtaking views from every room, making it a true masterpiece of design and functionality.
Our lighting design aimed to enhance this visual experience by creating a warm and inviting ambiance that complements the home's architectural beauty without overpowering the natural surroundings. The low ground cover to the towering trees each play a role in the enchanting nighttime scenery we crafted.
To illuminate the pathways, we installed unique rusted steel path bollards chosen by the homeowner. These custom fixtures cast evocative shadows along the walkway, adding an artistic touch to the landscape. Additionally, small, thoughtful touches like the light added to the dog’s fire hydrant area reflect our commitment to blending functionality with whimsy.
The pool and water feature on the property were also integral parts of our design. The surrounding landscape is brought to life with strategic uplighting, showcasing the lush greenery and tall trees that frame the property.
From the exterior stone walls to the detailed landscape lighting, every element has been carefully considered to ensure that this home shines brilliantly in the evening, offering a tranquil retreat that the homeowners and their guests can enjoy all year round.

A distinctive feature of our Suncadia Resort project is the custom rusted steel path bollards chosen by the homeowner. These unique fixtures cast evocative shadows along the walkway, adding an artistic touch to the landscape.
