Located in Suncadia Resort, this newly built contemporary home sits amongst the wooded landscape. With so much glass built into the home (including the walls), there is a view to enjoy in every room! We took great care to create a warm inviting scene without overpowering the landscape.
From the low ground cover to the height of the tall trees, there is something beautiful to view throughout the property and from inside each room of the home. The path bollards are two special fixtures which are unique to this property. The homeowner chose the cutout design of the rusted steel pathlights that cast evocative shadows along the walkway. You’ll even notice we added a small light to the dog’s fire hydrant area!
