Capitol Hill Tri-Level Residence

Cottage Lake Home

Woodinville

A young couple, first-time homebuyers, chose to light this property in phases. We have completed two phases of design work, with more phases yet to complete. The property features a grand entrance through gates to a home that truly takes your breath away. This was a technically complicated install, as lights had to be added to the home’s soffit due to issues stemming from the nature of the concrete. (Basically, we had to light the home from above rather than below!)

Groveland Estate

Mercer Island

This lovely home sits atop a hilltop on a Mercer Island side street. With a drive that has a steep incline we thought it best to outline the edges for safe passage. Numerous plantings were highlighted and the double stairwell is now well lit with brass mini deck lights. Once you enter at the front door, you’ll see the spectacular view of the backyard through a large glass window in which discreet lighting is highlighting the water feature.
