How It Works

Terms and Conditions for Northwest Outdoor Lighting Affiliate Program
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Northwest Outdoor Lighting Affiliate Marketing Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. The Program allows you to earn commissions by promoting Northwest Outdoor Lighting services and submitting potential property projects ("Submissions") for lighting installations or related services.
2. Property Submissions
Each Submission made by an Affiliate Member must pertain to a single property. For each approved Submission, Northwest Outdoor Lighting will provide a unique affiliate code specific to that property ("Property Code"). The Affiliate Member is responsible for ensuring that each Submission is complete, accurate, and made in good faith. Northwest Outdoor Lighting reserves the right to decline any property for any reason at its sole discretion without the need for disclosure.
3. Percentages and Payments
Affiliate Members will receive a commission of 10% of the invoice total, before tax, for each property project that results in a completed sale through their Submission. Payment to the Affiliate Member will be issued by check once Northwest Outdoor Lighting has received full payment from the homeowner for the invoiced services. Commission payments will be made in accordance with the billing cycle of Northwest Outdoor Lighting, following the full payment by the homeowner.
4. Affiliate Codes
Upon approval of a Submission, the Affiliate Member will receive a unique Property Code for tracking purposes. A new Property Code will be issued for each new property Submission approved by Northwest Outdoor Lighting. Property Codes are non-transferable and are to be used solely by the Affiliate Member who received them.
5. Referral and Project Control
Upon referral of a client by an Affiliate Member, control of the project is handed over to Northwest Outdoor Lighting. From this point, all lighting recommendations, designs, and project specifics will be determined by the Lighting Designers at Northwest Outdoor Lighting. It is recommended that conduit locations, if applicable, be discussed during the pre-construction phase and appropriately flagged throughout the project installation to ensure optimal lighting design and integration.
6. Professional Code of Conduct
Affiliate Members are expected to: Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information received during the course of the Program. Not engage in any behavior that could be deemed harmful to the reputation or operational success of Northwest Outdoor Lighting.
7. Property Photography
With the homeowner's approval, properties will be photographed by our professional photographer to capture the essence and beauty of the lighting installations. Affiliate Members are entitled to purchase these photographs for their own use at a cost of $750 for a set of 6-10 shots, which will include both daytime and evening images. The option to purchase photographs is available exclusively to Affiliate Members for properties they have referred and is subject to the homeowner's consent for photography.
8. Termination and Modification
Northwest Outdoor Lighting reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate Member's participation in the Program or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, the Affiliate Member must cease all activities related to the Program and return any materials or information provided by Northwest Outdoor Lighting.
9. Acceptance
By participating in the Northwest Outdoor Lighting Affiliate Program, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
