Where vision takes action

With the approved design plan in hand, our in-house expert installation team will move into action to accomplish your dreams and desires discreetly. All of the work is done by hand to ensure meticulousness and care. They’ll start by laying conduit (if needed), wiring, or during down in areas specified. A trench-while-we-go approach is used due to the many rainy days we have here in the Seattle area. This approach is applied to make sure your property is never inundated with rainfall in areas it should not be. Our trenches are at a minimum 6 inches deep into the earth, producing a flawless look. Then, our expert installers will start connecting lights to the wiring. While most all of our work in the install process is never seen since it lives underneath the ground, we want you to know that our detailed and perfectionistic installers are using the most up-to-code procedures for low voltage lighting and they never cut corners. Upon completion, they will check their work and leave your property looking like they were never there. So that when you arrive home that night, the only thing you need to be concerned with is how addicting outdoor lighting just became.

My partner and I appreciated Northwest’s organized approach, with Mary creating a digital schematic that allowed iterations on the placement of each fixture. For the installation, Craig and Max adapted Mary's 2D schematic to our 3D environment, experimenting with heights and angles to fine-tune each fixture. The project was completed on-time, within budget, and the end result wildly exceeded our aesthetic expectations.
