Located off Union Hill Road in Redmond, this refined residential lighting project combined architectural landscape lighting with detailed driveway restoration work to elevate both the beauty and functionality of the property after dark. Northwest Outdoor Lighting installed 29 custom-placed 2700K fixtures throughout the front landscape, creating a warm and welcoming nighttime atmosphere that complements the estate’s natural surroundings and architecture.

The lighting design focused on layering soft illumination across the property’s entry sequence, gardens, pathways, and architectural focal points while maintaining a clean, low-glare presentation from the street. Mature landscaping and carefully curated planting beds were gently illuminated to create depth and dimension throughout the front approach, allowing the home to feel inviting without appearing overlit.

In addition to the lighting installation, the project also included the removal and replacement of deteriorated driveway slab gaskets. Over time, aging expansion joint material can crack, shift, and distract from the overall appearance of a property. The refreshed gasket installation restored a cleaner, more polished appearance to the driveway while helping protect the concrete from moisture intrusion and long-term wear.

The finished result is a cohesive exterior transformation that blends luxury landscape lighting with thoughtful property detailing. By pairing warm 2700K illumination with driveway restoration improvements, the property now delivers a more refined arrival experience both during the day and after sunset.
